Our Clergy

Fr. Ken Hegtvedt, Interim rector

Fr. Ken has over twenty-five years’ experience as a chaplain in the US army. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry and planted a church here in Bremerton where he was born and raised.

He is passionate about teaching the Scriptures and reaching out to our local community and to service families in Kitsap.

Deacon Cece Morris

Dcn. Cece has a true heart for Christian community and intercessory prayer. She leads our pastoral care ministry at St. Charles. She has also served as a hospice chaplain and helped lead Kairos retreats for women inmates.

Deacon Steve Terry

Dcn. Steve is a gifted teacher and preacher with a love of the early Church and the Christian tradition. He works with our missions team at St. Charles to live out the great commandment to love our neighbor as our self and to bring love and light to those in our community.
